From the principle of common destiny land and located thereon object property to one single object

This article investigates the legal problems of the principle of unity of the fate of the land and placed them on real estate, as well as trends that mediate the introduction of the Russian legal system construction of a single property. The author analyzes the normative legal acts and court practice, which resulted in finds inconsistencies of the relevant provisions of both civil and land legislation, and that the introduction of the concept of a single property does not always meet the needs of the civilian traffic.
