From student account to GTO different sign

The main task of the All-Russian sports and fitness complex of the GTO is to identify the true level of physical fitness of citizens of the Russian Federation and its further increase through a scientifically based system for introducing the GTO complex among various age-sex groups. The article provides an analysis of the intra-university stage of the All-Russian youth sports project ‘From student account to GTO different sign. The positive dynamics of physical fitness of students in various parameters is shown.
