From the theory of management to the theory of submission

The view of interpretation of methodological problems of research of a phenomenon of submission is presented in the article. Submission is expressed not so much in acts of execution of decisions and imperious will, but expressed in special psychology which main line is experience (both individual, and collective) of inferiority, estrangement from opportunities of realization of the interests. Ideas of clarification of researches of submission from stereotypes of management disciplines organically correspond to the principles of sociocultural approach to the analysis of society. The author believes that nowadays is the era of the domination of submission culture of neoconformist type with its non-violence and tolerance ideology. Thus, the submission culture is utilitarian one and bears the moral ideal containing opportunity to turn all elements of reality into means for the achievement of its goals.
