From mild cognitive impairment to dementia (description of a practice case of patient X.)

This article describes a case of a person suffering from a cognitive disorder syndrome as a common problem nowadays. The author highlights the possible causes of the disorders, as well as the importance of timely diagnosis, correction and the prevention of further complications. The paper presents a case of patient X. with the description of anamnesis and the patient's complaints. The results of the diagnostics done in cooperation with a neurologist, a defetologist and a neurode-fectologist are stated, as well as possible correctional activities aimed at improving the condition of the patient in general and at improving separately particular impaired cognitive functions such as, in this case, memory, thinking, attention, perception and speech to a small extent. The author describes several exercises for improving deep sensitivity in this particular case. The patient was discharged from the hospital with the signs of improvement. The condition of the patient is being tracked and the correction of the prophylactic measures, if necessary, is taken.
