The article presents the results of 3-year immunological tests for resistance to septoria of 55 perspective spring soft wheat cultivars ( Triticum aestivum L.) of Kazakh-Siberian breeding (KASIB), received from the nursery of the Omsk State Agrarian University. The experiments were carried out in 2019-2022 at the All-Russian Research Institute of Phytopathology (VNIIF) on an artificial infectious background. Strains of Zimoseptoria tritici and Parastagonospora nodorum, the two most common septoria pathogens types in the territory of the Russian Federation, were used for the experiments. Cultures of strains were stored in the State Collection of Phytopathogenic Microorganisms (SCPM) of VNIIF. The plants were evaluated both in the stage of two leaves in a greenhouse and in the adult stage in an infectious nursery. The field nursery was located in the experimental fields of VNIIF in the Moscow region. The main evaluation criterion was the infection degree of plants. The resistance index and weight reduction of 1000 grains were additional criterions for assessing in the field. In most cases, there was no correlation between the infection degree of plants in the germination stage in the greenhouse and in the adult stage in the field. 10 spring wheat cultivars and lines were selected. Of these, 9 with mild and moderate lesions of the flag leaf and ear and delayed development of the disease on the ear: 4 samples from Kazakhstan (Line 11/09-13-3, GVK 2097/14, Stepnodar 90, Astana 2) and 5 from Russia (Leader 80, Lutescence ShT-335, Silach, Silantium, Lutescence 123-13). One Russian sample (Line 2026) was selected as tolerant to septoria.
