Today, there is a growing recognition of the effects that business has on its stakeholders. Corporate social responsibility report is a public document which discloses the information about business performance to external parties. This article examines the benefits such reporting has on organizations as well as its challenges. It concludes that corporate social responsibility reporting has the capacity of building positive corporate image.
