Long-term hematological syndromes were studied in patients with occupational pathology, conditioned by influence of hematotropic factors. At the moment of diagnosis hypoplastic anemia in combination with leukopenia and/or thrombocytopenia was detected in patients with chronic intoxication with organic solvents and chronic intoxication with uranium compounds. In chronic lead intoxication classic hypersideremic, with high reticulocyte count, hypochromic anemia was observed. In post-exposure period transient bi- or pancytopenia with predominance of normogenerative normochromic low-grade anaemia was found in all patients. In lead intoxication despite the fact that synthesis of porphyrines and haem have restored, the same inconstant anaemia was noted. Over the last 40 years no case of occupational health problem associated with blood has been registered.
