The article contains the analysis of treatment of the patient with sinistral irreducible hernia performed with LitAr nanocomposite usage. The material was applied to strengthen posterior inguinal interspace at the left and prevent the hernia relapse. The work gives an outlook on the current and long-term results of hernia repair for up to 7 years.
