Separate aspects of integration of information and communication technologies in higher education

The article analyzes the effectiveness of the educational process in higher education institutions through the use of information technologies and social networks. The necessity of modernization of the information-subject environment of students for increasing the effectiveness and competitiveness of the national higher education is argued.
