Certain aspects of the calculation of pensions on the basis of length of service for servicemen

This article is devoted to the problems of indexation of military pensions in the period from 2013 to the present, as well as the development of legislation in the field of military pensions. Attention is paid to the introduction of a new law on increasing military pensions from October 1, 2019.
