Several aspects of the research of regional features of corruption crime (on the example of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol)

The purpose of the work is to study certain aspects of the regional specifics of the detection and investigation of corruption-related crimes in the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol. The following methods were used: analytical, formal legal, comparative legal, sociological measurements, analysis and assessments of corruption in the regions of Crimea, expert assessments in the field of combating corruption, content analysis of publications in periodicals and in the Internet; the state of legality and the level of combating corruption were analyzed; ways to identify characteristic signs of regional corruption crime were determined. The article has a high scientific value, as it is one of the first attempts to consider the issues of combating corruption crimes at the regional level, to identify the most corrupt areas of public and state activity within the borders of a particular region, with the aim of further developing an effective comp.
