Separate aspects of organizing the investigation crimes of extremism

Ased on the analysis of law enforcement practice, current legislation and scientific sources, the article examines certain aspects of the organization of the investigation of crimes related to extremist activity. Speaking about the disclosure and investigation of crimes in this category, the author focuses on preventive measures to prevent extremist manifestations. It was noted that it is necessary to intensify new, more effective forms of combating extremist manifestations, including the use of special knowledge in the course of the assistance of specialists from various fields of science. It is emphasized that in order to ensure the necessary level of effectiveness of the preliminary investigation of crimes of the studied direction, preparation for each investigative action, taking into account the specifics and procedural regulation of their production, is of great importance. In conclusion, the author presents the goals, objectives and features of individual investigative actions in cases of extremist crimes.
