Issues of the subject of the modern financial law are analyzed in the aspect of theoretical problems of the subject of the given legal branch. Within the article the issues of differentiation of financial and civil law subjects are considered. The theoretical and legal positions grouped and analyzed by the author result in the author's conclusion about borders expansion of the modern financial law subject.
