Single problems of calculation of time limits in the administrative of fences legislation

Inquiring into a problem of the calculation of time limits in the administrative offenses legislation, the author considers two examples: of bringing to administrative responsibility in case of violation of norms of the civil, budget and tax legislation, and of imposing of administrative punishment in the denial of a special right granted to a physical person second time. Objective: to identify single problems of the calculation of terms, including punishment period. The author comes to the conclusion that the legislator admits the contradictions in the order of bringing to administrative responsibility of physical persons in the Commission of the offence second timeduringpunishmentperiodand makes suggestions for its elimination.
