Individual problems of execution of the contract of paid provision of medical services

The article provides an overview of the main problems arising in the implementation of relations in the provision of medical services. A comprehensive analysis of the problems of the execution of the contract for the provision of paid medical services, the understanding of scientific approaches and law enforcement practice in this area led to the development of a number of proposals for improving the current legislation. It was proposed to clarify the legal category "medical service", the introduction of the definition "contract for the provision of paid medical services." According to the author, there is a need to develop a new law "On the rights of patients", supplementing the Federal Law "On the basics of health protection of citizens in the Russian Federation" with a chapter directly devoted to the contract for the provision of paid medical services.
