Separate problems of legal hermeneutics

This relevance of studying the issues of hermeneutics as a methodological approach is due to the fact that the scientific community is currently actively discussing the methodology of legal science, taking into account the development trends of modern society, and the role and significance of hermeneutics in the system of existing methods is assessed. The article examines the essence and content of hermeneutics as a methodological approach, evaluates the role and importance of hermeneutics in the modern methodology of legal science. The problematic and contradictory aspects associated with the assessment of this method in the circle of legal researchers are highlighted. The author comes to the conclusion that hermeneutics as a method of cognition has significant potential for legal science, and points out the need for further understanding and development of hermeneutics in research devoted to the methodology of legal science.
