Some problems of international legal regulation of arctic tourism

Currently, the Arctic tourism is gaining more and more popularity. At all levels of government, they talk about the need for its development, but the Russian legislation has little regulation of Arctic tourism. In this article, the author analyzes Russian legislation and proposes ways of developing the legal regulation of Arctic tourism.
