Problems of the implementation by the state authorities of the Chelyabinsk region of powers in the field of environmental protection

The article examines the issue of the distribution of powers of the state authorities of the Chelyabinsk region in the field of environmental protection and nature management. The fact of the absence of a unified approach to the formation of the powers of these bodies in this area is revealed, which cannot but affect their implementation in environmental management. In order to ensure the effective solution of the environmental tasks facing these bodies, it is proposed to consolidate the powers of the Governor, the Legislative Assembly, the Government and the Ministry of Ecology of the Chelyabinsk Region in a regional act, for example, the Law of the Chelyabinsk Region "On Environmental Protection in the Chelyabinsk Region".
