Certain problems of regulation of outsourcing agreement in Russian civil law

The article considers the problems of outsourcing contract regulation in Russian civil law. These include the consequences of a significant change in the contract price, as well as the outsourcer's liability to third parties. The presence of these problems, as well as the widespread use of outsourcing in practice, makes only private law regulation of these obligations ineffective. Proposals have been developed to ensure the introduction of outsourcing into the system of named contracts. In particular, a definition of an outsourcing contract is proposed, as well as the introduction of provisions that ensure the solution of problems arising from this type of obligations.
