Certain issues of the state registration of a termination of rental properties

One of the conditions of a proper functioning of a registration system, which involves a minimum procedural burden of members of civil relations, is a comprehensive and consistent legal regulation of the State registration of rights on real estate. The article focuses on the issue of a lack of proper regulations for the State registration of termination of lease. Consideration is given to the necessity of the State registration of termination of registered rental agreement and its influence on determination of the moment of termination and the amount of expenses for appeal to the registering body. The article raises the issue of the unsettled State registration procedure for termination of lease. The question of the circle of persons, on whose behalf this kind of State registration is carried out, is analyzed. The need to close identified gaps in legal regulation by making relevant amendments in current legislation is explained.
