Selected issues use of forest areas for construction, reconstruction and operation of linear objects

This article discusses issues that arise during the operation of linear facilities located in forest areas. The author studies the concept of «linear objects», their composition and legal status. Based on the analysis of normative acts of federal agencies and arbitration practice concludes that the use of forest plots for linear features business entity must issue the right to the land occupied by such an object, its technological components and buffer zone of these objects.
