Separate issues of public order protection and public security at the objects of transport infrastructure by the police at transport

The author reflects the state of transport security in the article, focusing on the state of law and order in the field of compliance with transport safety requirements at railway infrastructure facilities. The internal affairs bodies, which are entrusted with the solution of additional tasks to suppress and document administrative offenses in the field of transport security, in the course of the performance of their official duties, face organizational problems that do not allow them to fully fulfill the duties assigned to the police. The author draws attention to these problems, suggests possible solutions.
