Individual issues arising when selling to minors realise rights to exercise entrepreneurial activity

The paper considers the right of minors to engage in entrepreneurial activity as a legal phenomenon. The legal assessment of the status of minors engaged in commercial activities is given. The article establishes the legal personality of a minor entrepreneur, highlights the main problems of the implementation of the right of minors to conduct business in Russia. The thematic scientific literature and normative legal acts revealing the peculiarities of entrepreneurial activity of minors are analyzed.
