Domestic and foreign experience in organizing the remuneration of small business employees

This article examines the domestic and foreign practice of the process of organizing the remuneration of small business employees. It gives a detailed analysis of the characteristic features of the systems for evaluating the work of personnel in the transport industry enterprises related to the field of small business. In this article are discussed the need to use various methods of awarding employees in order to improve the labor process and create an effective system of motivation. In conclusion the author offer to apply foreign experience, which is characterized by a wide application of flexible systems of remuneration, social benefits, remuneration systems and bonuses, taking into account social and psychological factors. This contributes to the improvement of labor productivity indicators of employees, the growth of their skills.
