Domestic and foreign experience of legal regimes for conducting economic activity in special economic zones

The creation of special economic zones is an effective modern macroeconomic tool for the development of entrepreneurial activity, through which foreign investments are attracted in the national economy. The article analyzes the factors influencing the successful organization and functioning of special economic zones, ignoring of which can lead to failure or to negative economic results. The world practice of conducting economic activity in special economic zones is studied, the main conclusions are presented.
