Domestic experience of statutory relation ships formation between military servicemen in the XXth century

The article presents a synthesis of current ideas about the formation of statutory relations of servicemen in the Armed Forces in the twentieth century. the problem areas and the requirements for the statutory relations between servicemen are determined.
