Annotation Due to the fact that the legislation of the Russian Federation calls funds different in their organizational and legal form legal entities, it is necessary to distinguish the Fund with related legal institutions, to identify the General and specific in their legal position. Since the Fund is a kind of non-profit organization, not based on membership, it seems appropriate to separate the Fund from other organizational and legal forms of non-profit organizations, not based on membership.
