Distribution of fraud permitted by the military personnel from some related crimes

This article examines the problems of law enforcement practice of military justice bodies concerning the criminal prosecution of military personnel for committing embezzlement by deception or abuse of trust. A distinction has been made between fraud committed by military personnel and related elements of such crimes as fraud in receiving payments, abuse of official authority and official forgery, also committed by the above-mentioned persons.
