Delineation of illegal entrepreneurship from related crimes

The article examines some aspects of the qualification of illegal entrepreneurship in judicial practice. The problematic issues of distinguishing illegal entrepreneurship from related crimes are considered. The main grounds for distinguishing the specified crimes are studied and examined. Particular attention is paid to the issue of distinguishing illegal entrepreneurship from fraud.
