A mathematical model of the process of pumping out drains by a vacuum machine is given. Simulation processes are considered using the example of a vacuum tank car. A system of differential equations describing the operation of the plant is proposed, consisting of equations for pumping air out of the tank, the movement of the liquid along the sleeve, and the balance of the liquid in tank car. The dependence of the diameter of the hose from the generalized Reynolds numbers, the diameter of the hose from changes in the volume of water in tank car, the absolute pressure in the tank and the generalized Reynolds number time suction values at different moisture drains, the speed of movement of the fluid in the hose, the volume of water in the tank at different values of humidity.
