Withdrawal from the contract and (or) its implementation in business activities

In this article, the author provides analysis of the current legal regulation of the refusal of a contract in entrepreneurial activity. It is concluded that it is necessary to supplement the Civil Code of the Russian Federation with paragraph 8 of Article 450.1, indicating the validity of the concluded contract if one of the parties has been notified of the termination of the contract, but the mutual fulfillment of obligations continues.
