Fattening and meat qualities of pigs when using the extract from amaranth

Resume. The use of feed additives under consideration provides year-round enrichment diets of pigs for fattening of biologically active substances and allows to increase daily average gain of live weight of pigs by 20.2 %, digestion of protein, fat and fibre with the use of nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus, increase the output and improve the quality of meat products fattening pigs and reduced by 13.7 % feed costs per product unit.
