Distinction between judicial definitions and judicial decisions

Theoretical and practical questions connected with resolution by judges of definitions about preparation of a case to court examination are viewed. According to the author's opinion, during the period of judicial reforming the elaboration of recommendations on improving the quality of pronounced resolutions is needed.
