Differences in the order of education, organization and competence of ZATO and MO

In article 1 of the Law of the Russian Federation of 14.07.1992 N 3297-1 (ed. of 29.06.2018)"About the closed administrative-territorial education" (hereinafter the Law 3297-1 of the Russian Federation) of this definition BUT.
