Distinctive features of legal regulation of local self-government

Changes taking place in modern society, socio-political, economic, worldview plan radically change the conditions of life of people. Due to the uncertainty, dynamism and complexity of social life, the formation of a new model of state structure, it is necessary to improve the regulatory and legal framework. The Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic establishes that citizens exercise their power not only through government bodies, but also through local government bodies. In Kyrgyzstan, local self-government is one of the foundations of the constitutional order.
