Distinctive features of implementation of the right to judicial protection in the Russian Federation and Great Britain

The paper compares the judicial systems of Great Britain and the Russian Federation. The attitude of the two countries to the realization of human rights and freedoms is revealed. The effectiveness of the implementation of the right to judicial protection in two states was assessed. Tools for protecting violated human rights and freedoms have been identified.
