Staff attitude to digitalisation of business processes in the banking sector

At present, digital transformation processes are an integral part of the effective development of business entities in the banking sector. In this regard, financial and credit organisations need to rethink business processes and management models taking into account the readiness of employees to accept changes and adapt to the implemented digital technologies. The results of this study show that the digital transformation of the banking industry is improving the speed of customer service and the efficiency of employees. However, for the successful implementation of digital solutions, in addition to the introduction of innovative technologies, it is necessary to pay attention to such aspects as staff training, creating a comfortable environment for working with new digital tools, as well as overcoming psychological barriers associated with the fear of change. In conclusion, it is noted that data security remains a major challenge that requires special attention from the organisation.
