Entrepreneurship relations in the civil legislation under reforms

The article deals with the problem of the legislative fastening of the relations of entrepreneurship, which have not been settled appropriately in the Civil Code being reformed currently. Numerous efforts have been made by investigators to determine the place of entrepreneurship in the system of the Russian legislation. The author argues that there exists the need for the codification of the Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, if against the laws of the managing of the contemporary mixed economy alongside with the improvement of legislation there will be preserved "the imitation" of the role of classical Civil Code in the regulation of entrepreneurial activities.
