About the regulation on the Countrywide voting on December 12 and the consequences of its application

The article is devoted to the Russian Federation ex-president B. Yeltsyn's individual (one-time) legal act dd October 15, 1993, №1633 Regulation on the Countrywide Voting on the RF Constitution of December 12, 1993, in accordance to which the countrywide voting was held based on the presidential' draft Constitution with no taking into account of other drafts including the official draft developed by the Constitutional Committee of the First Meeting of the RSFSR People's deputies, this contradicting the RSFSR Law dd October 16, 1990, №241-1 On the referendum in RSFSR. A conclusion is made about the illegitimacy of the named Regulation and the countrywide voting based on it, and at least about illegality of the results obtained with its usage.
