The article is devoted to the problems of economic and social development of the Novgorod region. Economic and social indicators of regional development in dynamics are considered. The analysis of the relative indicators of the economic growth of the Novgorod region is carried out. The main trends in the development of the Novgorod region are determined on the basis of an analysis of the dynamics of the indices of the main socio-economic indicators.
