Reflection of religious and mystical views in the work of Kyrgyz folk Akyns

This article discusses the influence of Sufism on literature and culture, the object is the work of Kyrgyz folk akyns. We carry out a literary analysis of the edification songs and terme songs of Kalygul Bai uulu, works from the ‟Collection of Poems” by Moldo Kylych, Zhenizhok’s improvisational verses, in parallel comparing their ideological and artistic issues with such ancient Common Turkic written monuments as the ‟Book of Manual” by Kul hoja Ahmed Yassavi and dastan “Beneficial Knowledge” by Zhusup Balasaguni. We also take into account the fact that at one time, when studying the work of akyns-mullahs, the main attention was paid to the religious side of their works, and the philosophical and didactic problems of their content remained out of our attention. But it was said: “It is impossible to live in society and be free from it.” We demonstrate this wisdom on the example of the creativity of folk akyns.
