On the basis of legislation analysis the author discusses the scheme of carrying out the anticurruption expert examination for revealing such a corruptogenic factor as the absence in the investigated acts the measures of clerks' responsibility. The author grounds the reasonability of introduction of the complex anticorruption expert examination concerning the mentioned factor.
