The lack of coordination of the owner of a stead as one of the criteria for recognizing constuction as unauthorized

In this article, a legal analysis of one of the proposed changes in Art. 222 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation with regard to the availability of approvals required by law, introduced by Federal Law No. 339-FZ of 03.08.2018 "On Amending Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Article 22 of the Federal Law" On Enactment of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation ", through a prism of the current legislation and the established judicial practice, specific examples of the application of legislation before the entered changes are given and disclosed.
