Currently, more and more countries are realizing the importance and necessity of transition to sustainable development, which is based on the principles of environmental safety and social justice. One of the key tasks, the solution of which will allow achieving carbon neutrality, is the management of the organization in the conditions of transition to low-carbon development. As part of this task, many States are taking measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and transition to modern, environmentally friendly energy sources.
