The human rights obligations of business

The article highlights actual problems associated with the human rights responsibilities of business using the example of the Perm Region. Under article analyzes the international legal acts adopted by the UN and other international organizations, the practice of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Perm Krai of citizens’ appeals for 2018-2019. Based on the results of the study, there were formulated specific proposals aimed at gradually overcoming and resolving the problems that arise in the activities of private enterprises in the field of their observance of human rights and freedoms.
