State responsibility for aggression

In this study, the actual problem of determining the responsibility of the state for the Commission of an act of aggression is highlighted. The concept and content of aggression are defined, it is established that it is necessary to understand responsibility from the point of view of the international law, the basic types and forms of responsibility are allocated. On the basis of the analysis, a proposal to create a single Convention that would regulate this sphere of legal relations is formulated.
