The care of the future begins with children’s upbringing. The upbringing is impossible without culture and art. Spirituality, morals, aggression, embitterment, fear, grief are all the categories of culture that are directly connected with health and social condition of a society. Truncations, culture distortion, inattention to its ecology are the most dangerous drawbacks of modern life.
