Responsibility of bodies and officials of local government to the state

This article is devoted to the consideration of the concept of local self-government, local self-government bodies, the responsibility borne by the authorities, as well as officials of local self-government in the implementation of their activities. Also investigated are problems existing in the sphere of responsibility of bodies and officials of local self-government to the state.
