Responsibility of bodies and officials of local self-government to the population

This article is devoted to the study of the specifics of the responsibility of local authorities and officials. Special attention is paid to the analysis of normative acts that regulate the procedure for bringing to responsibility of local authorities and elected officials to the population. In addition, the analysis of the responsibility of local government officials, the problems of interaction between officials and the population of the municipality. Also presented are ways to solve them and the possibility of a new legislative system.
