The article is devoted to the consideration of such concepts as legal responsibility in financial law. The article discloses the structure of responsibility in financial law, the functions of financial law. In addition, the article discloses the types of liability of financial law. Also, the legislation of the Russian Federation establishes a strict list of types of legal responsibility, which does not include financial responsibility.
